Before entering private practice, Scott served as an Assistant General Counsel to the Florida Department of Transportation in his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida. There he litigated administrative compliance and contract matters, served as counsel to a multi-agency review board and counsel to the statewide law enforcement division. Scott has also served as a Division Chief for the State Attorney’s Office, and prosecuted in counties throughout Florida. Scott has been featured as an analyst on CourtTV.

Born in West Virginia, Autumn not only has an extensive litigation background, but also has experience working in nursing homes and assisted living facilities where she was responsible for drafting corporate policies and assisting in internal investigations. In college, Autumn was awarded the “Volunteer of the Year” award for work done at a local nursing home. Before entering private practice, Autumn served as an Assistant State Attorney and as an Assistant Regional Counsel.
